Terms of Service
Operational rules for the Goopuh founding pilot and launch candidate.
Launch-candidate status
Effective July 28, 2026. These terms are the operational draft for the controlled founding pilot. They must receive qualified legal review before commercial launch.
Who may use Goopuh
You must be authorized to act for the business workspace and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for users, devices, customer permissions, and records created under your company account.
Business decisions
Goopuh supports estimating, proposals, job operations, payments, and profit review. You must review price, cost, scope, tax, customer promises, legal terms, and accounting treatment before relying on or sending a record. Goopuh is not legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse customer data, impersonate others, send unlawful communications, bypass access controls, probe other tenants, upload malicious content, or use Goopuh for illegal, deceptive, or abusive activity.
Subscription billing
When founding-pilot billing is opened, the account owner authorizes Stripe to charge the displayed recurring price. Stripe webhooks—not a browser return page—control activation and status. Taxes may be added where required.
Cancellation and refunds
An account owner may manage or cancel an active subscription through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid period. Duplicate or incorrect charges should be reported promptly and will be reviewed; this does not limit non-waivable statutory rights. A final commercial refund policy requires legal approval.
Customer payments
Customer invoice payments use a separate contractor-connected Stripe account. The contractor, not Goopuh subscription billing, controls the customer charge, refund, dispute, tax, and fulfillment relationship.
Availability and changes
Goopuh may change, suspend, or discontinue beta features to protect security and reliability. The founding pilot has no guaranteed service-level commitment. Planned maintenance and incidents should follow the published support process.
Data and termination
Account owners can export workspace data. After termination, access may end while records are retained or deleted according to the Privacy Policy, legal obligations, dispute needs, backups, and the documented recovery process.
Liability and legal review
Warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law, dispute resolution, and business identity terms are not final. Commercial launch is blocked until qualified counsel approves those provisions.
